It’s is the news paper that yesterday Hilary Clinton visited the one of the most reputed education institute Delhi University, its good that such eminent icons are visiting educational institute in India, not only it gives an international exposure to students but also sometimes revive the educational policy.Sounds great ! but the point is all her welcome was just another day for the workers in DU.
India is known for its low work ethic, a common joke is Chinese cannot think and Indians cannot work, that is in my point of view is perfectly correct. Her visit be will be no doubt would the event known for months, the question is would it bring any revival in Indian education system.
A lot of corruption has creeped in the system, with people paying loads of money as donation to get a seat in the college thereby making the deserving one standing behind, MCI has been labeled as one the poor organization in such case, plethora number of medical colleges are now opened with huge donation amount, exams paper are leaked in government colleges entrance, may be Hilary Clinton does not know all this. A TV show with bollywood start would do nothing but to attract marketing firms to sell their product we need some more concrete ways to figure out the problem.
Today we do need such eminent guest in DU or PU, where they come and speak, we already know whats good for our country and what would give the best from our country. Most of the IT professional in silicon valley are Indian.
The need is to make more strict rules and regulation with the existing education body, have a bird’s view over educational institutes, get the insight in their working, get a platform where students can directly send their complaints.
I guess if all this is what Mrs. Clinton said then her visit was fruitful else it just another speech.

Many a time the student community think of VIPs as some sort of Gods. When they see them in person and during Q&A session; floor them, then one feels comfortable that they are also human and frail.
